Bio

Justin Murphy, J.D., M.S.E.L., B.A., is a lifetime resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Attorney Murphy is a graduate of Thayer Academy, Braintree, Massachusetts; Wheaton College, Norton, Massachusetts; and Vermont Law School, South Royalton, Vermont.

Attorney Murphy has worked in non-profit organizations, State and Federal Government, and private law firms.  This extensive work-experience provides Attorney Murphy with a specialized and unique skill set that not only directly impacts his client’s legal issues, but also enhances his law practice such that Attorney Murphy’s clients receive first-class, professional legal representation.

Attorney Murphy’s law practice is first and foremost based on giving back to the community.  As such, Attorney Murphy accepts several clients on a pro bono basis each month.  Attorney Murphy also volunteers in Court and provides free legal advice on a regular basis.  Attorney Murphy’s former position as a Staff Attorney at the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association (VLP), where he represented low-income residents of the Greater Boston community, indeed set the standard for his current law practice.

Attorney Murphy provides highly committed representation to his clients and forms attorney-client relationships that go beyond what other law firms offer because Attorney Murphy works with his clients at every step of the way.
